So-called “summer“ yarns, often plant fibres like cotton and linen blends or silk, are not only for tees and light tops. When paired thoughtfully with cosy textures and other yarns, they transform into versatile, year-round yarns. Enters the Billy Scarf: a squishy scarf designed for effortless style. By holding a sport-weight cotton, silk and linen yarn together with an airy lace mohair-silk blend, this pattern achieves the ultimate fabric balance: fluffy, drapey, and cloud-soft against the skin. Knitted in seeded rib stitch (also known as “mock English rib”), it delivers maximum depth and squish with a simple, relaxing stitch pattern. Neat double-knitted borders give the scarf a polished, clean finish from edge to edge.
The kit includes the following colourways in the required quantities on Été and Mohair Silk from Les Garçons. The pattern is not included; it is available in our shop or on Ravelry.
Yarn A (2 skeins, 100 g, Été): “Butler”
Yarn B (2 skeins, 50 g, Mohair Silk): “Édith’s Butler”
