We're so tired of seeing those Covid-19 shipping information everywhere, but unfortunately, they're increasingly necessary!
We are constantly monitoring our shipments. We use a third-party shipping services provider to lower the shipping costs for you and other customers, as well as minimize interactions with shipping workers. As such, we fullfil orders only once a week and send them over to our partner, who in turn, dispatch our orders to various shipping services.
That being said, some orders are taking an usually long time to be processed, even in our home country, Canada. Please know that we offer tracked and insured shipments on all orders. Send us an email if your order hasn't arrived 21 days (for Canada and US orders) or 45 days (for international orders) after you have gotten the shipment confirmation, and we will start processing a refund or replacement.
