The Single Malt sweater is a top-down raglan with an easy to memorize motifs knitted in Aran weight, so super quick to knit! It’s also a great wardrobe essential.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5)(6, 7, 8, 9)
Choose a size that allows for 2 to 4 in (5 to 10 cm) of positive ease around the chest/waist.

NEEDLES
Circular needles, at least 40 in (100 cm) in length, in two sizes:
US 8 / 5 mm or size needed to obtain gauge
US 6 / 4 mm or two sizes smaller than main needles

Double-pointed needles in the same two sizes for the sleeves and smaller circumferences, if you’re not using the magic-loop method

GAUGE
18 sts and 24 rnds = 4 in (10 cm) in stockinette stitch in the round, blocked
16 sts and 26 rnds = 4 in (10 cm) in pattern in the round with larger needles

Stitch markers (8), stitch holders or waste yarn ,and a tapestry needle
