A blend of Polwarth, Romney and Hebridean, Preseli is Garthenor's softest yarn ever. It is offered in a large palette of gorgeous colourways, making it a dream for colourwork.
To create the subtle, but complex bases that make up the Preseli range, the fibre is blended at the mill before it is spun. By blending this way, we're able to get a smooth, even top that keeps the deep grey blend, perfect for heathery tones once dyed.
From sheep to skein, each and every step in the making of Preseli is certified organic. Kind to the planet, people and animals: what's not to love? Each and every skein of yarn Garthenor makes is certified to GOTS, climate positive and totally traceable. They'll even plant a tree for every skein you buy.
