Summer Sale (June 23–29)
Combining orders: Because we expect a lot of orders, and because our plan is to start shipping as the orders come in, we most likely won't be able to combine them. We will refund any extra shipping if we end up catching two orders from the same person, though, don't worry!Sales will also be final.
Final sale: Prices as marked online reflect discount. Sale items marked at 20% off or greater are final sale. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms of offer are subject to change.
Shipping insurance: Please consider purchasing insurance when selecting your shipping rate. Because sales are final and some products are one-of-a-kinds, we won't be able to offer replacements. Lost packages will be fully refunded if insured.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (or sooner!). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays may arise due to circumstances outside of our control, for example a high volume of orders or postal service disruptions.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders within Canada. All orders are shipped with full tracking using Canada Post or UPS Standard.
All orders are insured up to C$100; you have the option to purchase additional insurance at checkout for orders of a higher value. (See “Lost packages” below for more information.)

Most orders valued under US$800 enter the United States duty and tax free. Orders with a higher value may be subject to import duties and taxes. Boutique les Garçons inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Other international destinations
We are happy to ship all over the world. We partner with Chit Chats Canada to offer discounted standard international shipping rates for all countries outside Canada and the United States. All orders are shipped with full tracking.
All discounted international orders are shipped uninsured; all expedited international orders are insured up to $100. You have the option to purchase additional insurance at checkout at a rate of C$2 per C$100 coverage. (See “Lost packages” below for more information.)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Boutique les Garçons inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We understand that lost packages can cause a great deal of stress. Boutique les Garçons inc. is not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped.
That being said, we will do our best to answer any questions about your shipment, and we will help you contact the various couriers to find any lost package and/or start the claims and investigation process.
Fully insured shipments: Once the investigation is concluded and your package is confirmed to be lost, we will send a replacement order free of charge or issue a full refund.
Uninsured or partially insured shipments: Once the investigation is concluded and your package is confirmed to be lost, we will issue a C$100 credit on a replacement order or a refund for standard shipments to Canada and the United States, as well as expedited shipments to other international destinations. Discounted shipments to destinations other than Canada and the United States are uninsured and are not eligible to a refund.
Order damaged in transit
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
All shipments are sent with tracking information; it is your responsibility to check on the status of your order. In the event that your order is sent to an access point for collection, it is your responsbility to collect your package in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in your order being returned to sender.
Shipments to Canada and the United States, as well as expedited shipments to other international destinations will most likely make their way back to us. Unfortunately, discounted shipments to destinations other than Canada and the United States that are returned to sender end up being destroyed.
Once we receive a shipment that has been returned to us, we willl contact you to figure out what you want to do with your order. We can ship it again, in which case we will send an invoice for shipping and return fees, or issue a refund, from which the original shipping fees and any return fees will be deducted. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 90 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Yarn must be in its original condition, including the label still on.
- "Stash Enhancers" are considered as a discounted item; their sale is final and they cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Books, magazines and discounted items sales are final; they cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Digital patterns are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We take great care when photographing our yarns and retouching images to represent their colour accurately. We calibrate all photos in Lightroom using a Retina screen. Please remember, however, that colours may vary from one monitor to another, as well as from one dye lot to another.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Every effort has been taken to ensure that the information offered on this website is accurate and error-free. We apologise for any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may have occurred. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time (including after you have submitted your order).
