The Officer sweater is a beginner-friendly intarsia sweater knitted from the bottom up in separate pieces. I knitted mine in our brand new Fluff yarn in the colourway Shadow and Officer. With its timeless aesthetic and effortless versatility, this sweater is sure to become a wardrobe essential.
MEASUREMENTS
Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)
Choose a size that allows for an intended positive ease of 2 to 4” (5 to 10 cm).

Weight: Sport
Fluff is a sport-weight yarn with great versatility. I chose to knit it at a heavy DK/worsted gauge. If you are using another yarn, look for a DK or worsted-weight yarn, and do a swatch.

NEEDLES
❖ Main needles: circular, US 5 / 3.75 mm, or size needed to obtain gauge
❖ Ribbing needles: circular, US 3 / 3.25 mm, or 0.5 mm smaller than main needles
Double-pointed needles in the same two sizes for the sleeves and smaller circumferences, if you’re not using the magic-loop method
GAUGE
❖ 19.5 sts and 30 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch, blocked

❖ Stitch markers, stitch holders or waste yarn, and a tapestry needle
